Four memberships

Boxing training will be a stand-out feature of the gym, attracting both young athletes that are interested in learning and participating in the sport as well as older athletes that are looking for a great workout and enjoy the sport. Boxing training will include the following:

Conditioning (running, jumping rope and shadow boxing)
Strength conditioning (weight and circuit training)
Skill development (footwork, defense and punching techniques)
Bag work (endurance, rhythm and eye-hand coordination)
Technical drills (specific drills that work on defense, timing, etc.)
Resilience training (working on composure, challenges, strong mindset, adaptability and perseverance)
Sparring (practice against other opponents, real fight conditions)

full contact competition / full boxing activity
full boxing lessons due on the 1st of every mth.

ages 8-17/ youth non contact
light weight training

minimal boxing lesson due on the first of every month.

ages 18 and up

ages 8 and up
1 hour sessions 5 days per week
Due at the beginning of each week
Must be paid in advance prior to each weekly session.
